If you are missing quotas, you can purchase additional quotas.

Here’s how:

1. First, check which quotas you need.
• To do this, go to “Home” in the left sidebar and then click on “My signature quota”.
2. Determine which additional quota (QES, identifications, or SMS) you need.
• Go to “Buy signature quota” in the home menu and select the appropriate package.
3. Top up your signature quota.
• You can then start the workflow as usual.
4. Alternatively, you can start the workflow without topping up first.

Please note, however, that the workflow cannot be completed until the required quotas are available.
