PortiQ account types pricing gives you a clear overview of the available user roles and their features. From the simple account to the tenant admin, you get transparent cost models and flexible extensions.

Participant
Pricing Tiers:

- They should only respond to signature requests initiated by others (e.g., by advanced users)
- They should only sign or review documents, but not manage processes
- All signed documents should be automatically sealed with the portiQ extended signature solution seal
- Cannot independently sign documents

- For external partners, clients, suppliers, or employees who only need to sign

Basic User

Advanced User
Pricing Tiers:

- They should be able to create unlimited workflows
- They should be able to sign documents in an advanced way
- All signed documents should be sealed with the SecCommerce SaaS signature solution seal
- They should receive 2 identifications per year
- They should be able to sign with qualified signatures (25 qualified signatures per month and user included)

Tenant Admin
Pricing Tiers:
per user / month (net)Select Tenant Admin (advanced user + admin rights) if:
- They should be able to manage all users of the customer
- They should be able to integrate with the customer’s IDP
- They should be able to customize the portiQ start signature solution
Main Features:
- All Advanced User features
- User management (create, manage, and delete) within the organization
- Signature annotation configuration
- 2FA authentication required (SecSign ID App, SMS OTP, or FIDO)
- Only for organizations with 5 or more user accounts
Credits – easy & enterprise-wide use
(applies to Advanced User and Tenant Admin)
Qualified signatures (QES), SMS, and other credits are shared across the organization. You don’t have to worry about who uses how many signatures,
SMS, etc., per month. All included and additional qualified signatures (QES) are valid for your entire company.
Whether single power users need many signatures or several colleagues need to sign occasionally, the signature volume will be automatically distributed – fairly, flexibly, and transparently.
Note:
The plan includes 25 qualified signatures per month.
When subscribing to an annual plan, this corresponds to an annual credit of 60 signatures, which can be used across the entire company.

Authentication via SMS OTP (Access protection for documents):
Use two-factor authentication for access protection or signature confirmation for simple signatures to achieve higher non-repudiation.
Note: This does not apply to qualified or advanced signatures – the costs for two-factor authentication are already included there.
