Buying quotas for others
The workflow you created could not be started because the quotas required for completion are missing.
There can be two reasons for this:
- One or more internal workflow participants do not have the necessary quota to perform the requested signatures.
- You do not have the necessary quota for the signatures of the external participants in the workflow.
What do you need to do now?
If signature quotas are missing for one or more internal users, you can start the workflow.
These users must then purchase additional quotas in order to sign.
If you are running out of quotas for external users, you can purchase additional quotas.
Here’s how:
- First, check which quotas you need.
- To do this, go to “Home” in the left sidebar and then click on “My signature quota”.
- Determine which additional quota (QES, identifications, or SMS) you need.
- Go to “Buy signature quota” in the home menu and select the appropriate package.
- Top up your signature quota.
- You can then start the workflow as usual.
- Alternatively, you can start the workflow without topping up first.
Please note, however, that the workflow cannot be completed until the required quotas are available.
