Accessibility

This assessment is based on the self-evaluation carried out in July 2026 and applies to the most recent version of the PortiQ signature portal.

SecCommerce endeavors to make the signature portal accessible in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of the signature portal. So far, we have not yet been able to design and provide all content in a digitally accessible manner. When creating new content, we have set ourselves the goal of making it as accessible as possible. We have refrained from implementing controls for contrast selection and text enlargement, as modern browsers partly provide this functionality by default.

In the following areas, accessible design is in part not yet provided due to disproportionate burden pursuant to Article 5 of EU Directive 2016/2102 and § 12a(6) BGG [German Disability Equality Act].
